The owner Richard is an amazing chef and very accommodating to our dietary needs being gluten free. The food was delicious and we will be back. We got a couple items based off a review and they were incredible. Highly recommend. We ordered brisket and round eye pho. GF kung pow chicken with white sauce and GF chicken fried rice. The Pho was very flavorful and arguably the best we’ve had. The fried rice and kung pow chicken were 100% the best we’ve had. We also had a tai tea which was a new favorite! If you’re wanting an authentic experience with incredibly authentic food made from scratch to order seriously look no further.

My expectations were low for North Houston suburban Pho, but I was blown away! So flavorful! Hot, tasty, ample portions, meat cooked well, and both basil AND cilantro! The mediocre places skip basil, so that was pleasant surprise. Also, the cafe sua da was perfectly strong. Good price, calming atmosphere too. Cheap too!!! I've had great pho in Seattle and SF Chinatowns so I'm no amateur and this place can keep up. Go there!!!

(Owner is extremely Gluten Free/allergy accommodating and a MASTER chef!) We went here after church Easter Sunday (party of 15) and I can confidently say I have found our new Pho and Chinese food place! We are so excited! The owner Richard is a master chef, no question. We got two large bowls of Pho and they were delicious. We also got Kung Pow Chicken made gluten free with gluten free fried rice and it was also incredible. It wasn’t just “gluten free incredible” it was the best fried rice and the best kung pow chicken I’ve ever had even prior to switching to gluten free 15yrs ago. You can tell the owner loves his craft and puts passion into his dishes. He came out to the table multiple times to make sure everything was done correctly and explained processes, etc. It was awesome meeting him and I was honored to eat his food! No question I will be back and plan to never go anywhere else for pho or Chinese food again, why would I? His was the best I’ve had! His staff was also amazing and attentive, you could tell how kind and loving they all were making sure we were well taken care of! I am addicted to pho and banh mi sandwiches, and I was pretty disappointed in the sandwich from this place. I ordered a beef banh mi with extra beef. They actually put LETTUCE on the sandwich, with no warning. ..Who does that?!! Ruined the whole sandwich trying to take it off. Also, the cucumbers were way too big to be on a sandwich, and so was the jalapeño. Cilantro was not cut at all either. the meat was flavored ok, not like a normal beef banh mi though. The flavor was more like the bourbon chicken from the mall than anything else. Not bad, but not what you’d expect when you order a banh mi.

One of the best Vietnamese and Asian fusion spots in the Conroe-Magnolia area. If you live in the area this is a great go to spot for the cuisine, especially if you don’t want to have to drive all the way to Chinatown. They have all the classic dishes as well as some fusion and dim sum options, but it’s really their Viet dishes that shine. The vermicelli bowl portion sizes are crazy and the prices are excellent. They also have some good vegetarian options. Staff is friendly and lots of seating.
